1. Identifying incidents of theft and fraud
2. Reviewing CCTV and exception reports
3. Monitoring physical security
4. Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance
5. Driving a shrink elimination culture
6. Preparing accurate case reports
7. Preserving evidence and interacting with law enforcement
8. Testifying in court actions
9. Reporting hazardous conditions to the Manager on Duty
10. Minimizing injury risks to staff, vendors, customers, and the company
