Job summary

Minot Scheels is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to safeguard store assets and ensure a safe shopping environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership on incidents, maintaining CCTV and incident reports, and enforcing safety and store policies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and prior loss prevention experience (2–3 years), with the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; college graduate preferred.
• Proven track record of strong communication and organization skills.
• Preference for candidates with prior Loss prevention (2-3 years).

Responsibilities

• Asset Protection: Communicate with leadership regarding encounters and investigations.
• Safety: Help mitigate security risks to provide a safer environment for employees and customers.
• Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED; 2-3 years loss prevention preferred.
• Physical Requirements/Lifting: Able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
