Job summary

Scheels All Sports in Bismarck, ND, is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to protect assets and maintain safe store operations. You will collaborate with leadership, monitor CCTV, observe for theft, and assist with cash handling.

The role requires excellent communication, a High School diploma, 2–3 years LP experience, and the ability to work 1-2 weeknights and two weekends per month; shifts may include 5:00pm–9:00pm and the store's broader hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preference for 2–3 years in loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and maintain store safety.
• Observe for theft, document incidents, and report to leadership.
• Assist with cash handling and transfers as needed.
• Monitor CCTV and coordinate with law enforcement when required.
• Move quickly to deter theft and ensure customer safety.
