Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Strong communication and organization skills.
2–3 years of loss prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with leadership regarding encounters and investigations.
Maintain professional relationship with local authorities and law enforcement.
Collaborate with other retailers to identify theft threats.
Assist leadership with cash handling and transfers.
Observe customers and associates for potential theft or fraud.
Monitor CCTV and conduct on-site interviews.
Document incidents with objective reports in a timely manner.
Maintain records of apprehensions and investigations.
