Job summary

Scheels in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time Asset Protection team member. You will help deter theft, ensure safety, and assist store leadership with incident reporting and cash handling.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and availability for nights and weekends. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, coordinating with law enforcement, completing incident reports, and protecting customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred and college graduate preferred.
• Proven strong communication and organizational skills.
• Preference for candidates with 2-3 years of loss prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leadership regarding incidents and investigations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other retailers to identify theft threats.
• Assist leadership with cash handling and transfers.
• Observe and monitor for theft or fraud and document incidents with reports.
• Maintain CCTV knowledge and ensure store compliance with security policies.
