Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior loss prevention experience (2–3 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and deter theft; communicate incidents to leadership.
• Coordinate with authorities and other retailers when needed.
• Assist with cash handling, surveillance, and incident reporting.
• Monitor CCTV, document investigations, and maintain records.
• Ensure store safety policies are followed and safety drills conducted.
