Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington seeks an Asset Protection Agent to safeguard assets across stores and facilities. You will conduct surveillance, investigate theft and fraud, and support loss-prevention programs while maintaining a secure work environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and local law enforcement. Seattle-based position with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years or more in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security or related fields preferred.
• Experience with surveillance, investigations, or loss prevention preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance and investigations to deter theft and loss.
• Document incidents with detailed reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Perform safety audits and ensure compliance with policy standards.
• Support security systems maintenance and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
