Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory experience in a multi-department environment is desired.
• Experience with loss prevention or inventory controls is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by effective merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory rotation.
• Lead and develop hourly associates through training, feedback and coaching.
• Oversee stocking, displays, cleanliness, safety and accountability for shrink.
• Ensure customer service excellence by modeling the One Best Way standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement business initiatives and changes.
