Responsibilities

Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, cleanliness, and product displays.
Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and feedback; tour stores and provide feedback.
Supervise hourly associates: hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, recognition, staffing needs.
Control shrink and improve profitability by setting performance goals and inventory controls; review variances.
Conduct audits, identify improvements, and implement corrections with managers and associates.
Investigate violations of policies and incidents; gather evidence, statements, and reports; support investigations.
Oversee safety program, train associates on accident prevention, and minimize accidents.
Manage asset protection, claims, and receiving procedures; ensure policies followed.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by engaging stakeholders and tracking goals.
