Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by merchandising, pricing, signing and inventory control to ensure product presentation.
• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback and coaching across store operations.
• Oversees safety, loss prevention and claims processes and audits inventory variances.
• Trains and develops associates, assigns duties and maintains staffing levels.
• Manages claims, receiving operations and open-door practices in line with company policies.
