• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Leadership or related field via Live Better U is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by effective merchandising, pricing, signing, inventory levels, cleaning, and displays.
• Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Conducts investigations, enforces loss prevention policies, and protects assets.
• Ensures safety programs, trains associates, and supports customer service initiatives.
