Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi department environment.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and mentoring associates.
• Oversee inventory controls and loss prevention measures across multiple stores.
• Ensure customer service initiatives are implemented and community outreach efforts are supported.
• Investigate and resolve policy violations, fraud, and other incidents as required.
