You will lead training, monitor safety, conduct investigations, and implement loss-prevention controls while supporting store operations and community initiatives. This role reports into Asset Protection leadership and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year’s supervisor experience in a multi-department environment.
• Option 3: 1 year’s experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi department environment.
• Option 4: 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Oversees safety, asset protection, and claims processes across facilities.
• Partners with stores and stakeholders to implement business solutions and improve customer experience.
• Investigates and resolves loss, theft, and compliance issues; conducts trainings as needed.
