Job summary

Walmart seeks an Asset Protection Leader to safeguard people, assets and store operations in Jefferson City, MO. You will drive loss prevention programs, oversee inventories, and guide teams to implement controls that protect customers and profits.

You’ll partner with store leadership to investigate incidents, train associates, and promote a safe, compliant environment while delivering measurable improvements in shrink and safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor degree in business management or leadership preferred.
• Certificate or coursework in leadership or asset protection is a plus.
• Experience supervising multi-department teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets and reduce loss by monitoring and investigating incidents.
• Lead and develop store associates and asset protection teams.
• Oversee inventory controls, audits and safety programs.
• Coordinate with store leadership to implement business controls.
• Respond to incidents, document findings and present reports.

Education

Two years of college

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership

Certificate in People and Business Leadership (Live Better U Bellevue University)
