• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and providing feedback across store operations.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports community outreach efforts to meet customer needs.
• Provides supervision and development for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and recruiting qualified staff.
• Controls loss by measuring adherence to policies, reviewing inventory variances and conducting audits.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and communicates progress.
