Job summary

Macy's is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to lead shortage prevention at a high-visibility store. You will partner with executives to implement strategies, monitor investigations, and drive outcomes that protect inventory and improve profitability.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and adherence to company values. The position requires 3–5 years of AP management, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store executive team to plan, implement, monitor and manage shortage prevention programs.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to support shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries related to theft.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports, systems and technology to inform actions.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and executed by the team.
