• 2 years experience in asset protection or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, signing, and clean, organized displays.
• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and collaboration across store operations.
• Oversee loss prevention and inventory controls, conduct audits, and drive improvements in shrink reduction.
• Manage safety programs and risk controls, including incident prevention and training.
