Responsibilities

• Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels, and area cleanliness.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Model exceptional customer service and support customer service initiatives using the One Best Way service model.
• Control loss prevention by identifying performance goals, conducting audits, and enforcing policies across stores.
• Oversee safety programs, identify accident trends, and implement prevention measures.
• Manage claims and receiving operations, process damaged items, and coordinate with suppliers and third parties.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans, and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Promote OpenDoor Policy and corporate values in daily operations and guided decisions.
