Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a store protection and operations leader to drive sales through merchandising, pricing and inventory control. You will lead and mentor hourly associates, set expectations, and ensure safety and loss-prevention programs are followed.

You will investigate issues, train teams, and collaborate with store leadership to implement business solutions while upholding Walmart's customer-first standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• Experience in asset protection, inventory control, or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable background checks or licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring.
• Ensure safety and loss-prevention programs are followed and improved.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues; conduct investigations as needed.
