Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one year of experience in retail asset protection.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Asset Protection department and uphold company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Deliver and encourage associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Maximize sales and sales margins while reducing shrink and dishonesty.
• Investigate and apprehend individuals involved in internal and external theft.
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores and participate in shrink meetings.
