The Kroger Company is seeking an Asset Protection Manager for our Bend, Oregon location. You will supervise and coach direct reports, uphold the company values, and drive safety, shrink reduction, and exceptional customer service in-store.

You will lead investigations, conduct internal reviews, manage schedules, ensure compliance with policies, and partner with corporate teams to implement asset protection initiatives while protecting associates and customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in retail asset protection.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 in Alaska).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales and margins.
• Reduce dishonesty by investigating theft and monitoring shrink areas.
• Conduct internal investigations and prepare missing merchandise reports.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop weekly schedules and ensure alignment with store objectives.
• Collaborate with corporate on asset protection initiatives and risk mitigation.
