Meijer is seeking a proactive Asset Protection leader to drive shrink prevention and safety across its stores. You will oversee the AP team, manage investigations, and partner with store leadership to implement deterrence strategies.

Strong supervisory and analytical skills are essential. We value candidates with retail experience and the ability to lead remotely when needed, ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• 1–2 years of investigative experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and make discretionary recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Supports shrink prevention and safety with accountability.
• Oversees effectiveness of shrink prevention initiatives and safety efforts.
• Leads Asset Protection team including hiring and performance reviews.
• Participates in investigations of losses and teaches follow-up to leadership.
• Serves on store Safety Committee and promotes 200% safety accountability.
