Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deterrent to dishonest behavior with command presence, dress code, and energetic greeting.
• Maintain a safe, secure store with attention to detail, multitasking, and strong communication.
• Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of shortage areas and anti-theft programs.
• Gather indicators of external theft and coordinate with leaders; network with law enforcement as directed.
• Provide internal controls and store oversight including audits and POS monitoring.
