Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or asset protection programs.
• Ability to train and develop associates.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide deterrence to dishonest behaviors with a presence and professional demeanor.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and partner with leadership.
• Engage with customers and associates to promote safety and service.
• Identify and report theft indicators and support programs.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training in shortage reduction processes.
• Support inventory processes and develop action plans to reduce shortage.
