Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail AP experience and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Support shortage reduction by identifying and preventing theft, fraud, and dishonesty; maintain knowledge of policy.
• Assist with incidents per procedures and document/report properly.
• Lead store awareness training, data security compliance, and AP system application.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks; model teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Improve AP program knowledge through onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust tactics/resources.
• Foster relationships with local law enforcement for case resolution.
• Ensure store systems operate properly and report outages or safety concerns.
