Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience or AP experience required.
• Customer service excellence expected.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reduce shortages and improve profitability through theft prevention and incident prevention.
• Lead store awareness training and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with law enforcement for case resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents.
• Maintain store systems and report outages or safety concerns.
