Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead theft mitigation and safeguard the club environment. You will oversee programs, coordinate with RAPM, and support store leadership in preventing losses while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

Responsibilities include executing protection routines, training team members, and collaborating with police and external partners. Strong leadership and inventory control background required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; college degree preferred
• Experience in asset protection, safety, inventory control, or law enforcement a plus
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing/supervising cross-functional teams and training staff
• Open shift availability; must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Develops and teaches asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Investigates results from inventory counts to identify theft activity.
• Executes asset protection routines and protects club merchandise.
• Partners with RAPM and coordinates 3rd party guard deployment; liaises with local police.
• Communicates investigation results to leadership and maintains policy compliance.
