Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor in Nashua, NH to lead safety, inventory control and shrink reduction across the club. You will manage counts, supervise teams, and implement theft-deterrence and loss-prevention programs.

The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, strong business acumen, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities to develop a high-performing asset protection operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred; experience in wholesale/retail management is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Forklift experience preferred; open shift availability required; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and assist in accident investigations.
• Lead, execute, and investigate inventory count programs; manage inventory control functions.
• Develop and implement asset protection and theft-deterrence strategies.
• Oversee loss prevention processes and partner with management to investigate theft and shrink.
• Ensure a safe, positive environment and adherence to Gold standards where applicable.
