Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred in a related field.
• 4+ years in Asset Protection with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of shoplifting prevention and crisis management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across 20–30 stores in the district.
• Partner with store management and District Managers on objectives.
• Manage Focus Store program and AP audits.
• Lead training for Asset Protection Agents and Investigators.
• Conduct surveillance and investigations into loss and policy violations.
