Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Asset Protection professional to support store operations in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.

The role focuses on executing loss-prevention initiatives, partnering with local store leadership, and driving shrink-reduction strategies across assigned locations. You will train store personnel on safety guidelines, conduct audits, and manage investigations into inventory discrepancies and policy violations.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred for candidates.
• 2+ years in Asset Protection or retail security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work nights, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives across 4–8 stores.
• Partner with store management to meet AP objectives.
• Reduce shortages through analysis of performance indicators.
• Train store staff on safety guidelines and response protocols.
• Conduct audits and investigate inventory and policy violations.
• Monitor surveillance and deter theft following policy.
• Support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime with local law enforcement.
