Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in retail, Asset Protection, Security or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Must be age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and document evidence.
• Execute required investigations and properly document all stages.
• Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors as per policy.
• Report suspected fraud and policy violations to AP and Store leadership.
• Create and manage records for reporting apprehension, witness statements and evidence.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

AA/BA/BS in Criminal Justice or Business Management preferred
