Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Systems & Reporting Coordinator in New Jersey.

You will analyze theft and fraud risks using exception reporting tools, CCTV, and investigative resources to support enterprise-wide asset protection initiatives. The role partners with Field Asset Protection and Complex Investigation teams to drive insights, strengthen processes, and enhance reporting systems, ensuring investigations are documented to company standards and may involve phone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Finance, or Business.
• Retail investigation experience and/or exception-based reporting familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data extractions from POS Exception Based Reporting system (Secure) and other data sources to identify patterns of internal theft and fraud.
• Review flagged transactions using CCTV to validate investigations or opportunities.
• Support and expand the Secure platform to provide insights to Store Operations partners.
• Build case documentation and track progression with Field Asset Protection and Be In-Stores case management.
