Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Systems & Reporting Coordinator in New Jersey. You will analyze theft, fraud, and operational losses using exception-based reporting tools, CCTV, and investigative resources to drive actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Field Asset Protection teams, enhance reporting systems, and document investigations to company standards. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail asset protection or related field experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative capabilities required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-extraction tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data extractions from POS reporting to identify loss patterns.
• Review CCTV footage to validate investigations or opportunities.
• Enhance Secure reporting to improve investigation quality.
• Build partnerships with Field Asset Protection and provide training.
• Document cases thoroughly and track progression in Be In-Stores.
• Assist with follow-ups and QA of internal investigations.
