Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to execute safety strategies across multiple stores. You will investigate theft cases, train teams, and work with law enforcement to protect our people and products across our brand family in New Jersey.

Ideal candidates will bring strong investigative and communication skills, experience with surveillance and reporting tools, and the ability to lead prevention initiatives and audits at the store level.

Qualifications

• Must have strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Able to train and influence store teams on safety protocols.
• Experience working with law enforcement and in legal processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate internal and external theft using surveillance, data analysis, and case management tools.
• Partner with store leadership to identify shortage risks and implement prevention strategies.
• Train store teams on safety protocols, theft deterrence, and incident reporting systems.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to build and prosecute cases involving offenders.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning across stores.
• Analyze incident trends and share insights to inform prevention strategies.
• Represent AP in store meetings and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
