Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline, generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Gathers supporting information during incident reviews and ensures corrective action implementation.
• Drives safety and shrink elimination by implementing asset protection programs and strategies.
• Initiates, conducts, and closes internal and external investigations in compliance with policies.
• Ensures asset protection activities comply with local/state regulations and internal guidelines.
• Facilitates safety meetings and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Performs hazard/environmental, health, and safety inspections with corrective actions.
