The Asset Protection Systems & Reporting Coordinator plays a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to internal and external theft, fraud, operational inefficiencies, and cash loss. This position leverages exception-based reporting tools, CCTV, and investigative resources to support enterprise-wide asset protection initiatives. The coordinator partners closely with Field Asset Protection teams and the Complex Investigation’s Team to drive actionable insights, strengthen investigative processes through exception reporting, and work to enhance reporting systems and application through a review of work items. The coordinators also work to ensure that all investigations are documented comprehensively and to company standards. Coordinators may also partner with Field Asset Protection to conduct phone interviews when applicable to assist in the investigations process.

Bachelor's degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Finance, or Business). Candidates who do not have a degree must demonstrate a high level of expertise and proficiency in the desired skills and abilities.
Retail point of sale experience preferred. Retail investigation experience and/or exception-based reporting familiarity ideal. Wicklander Certified preferred.
Candidate should be prepared to operate in an office setting with extended periods of sitting at a personal work space.
