Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Asset Protection Systems & Reporting Coordinator in Burlington, NJ. The role focuses on analyzing internal and external theft, fraud, and operational inefficiencies using exception-based reporting, CCTV, and investigative resources.

You will partner with Field Asset Protection and Investigation teams to improve reporting, document investigations, and train field partners on protective systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Retail point of sale experience preferred.
• Retail investigation experience and/or exception-based reporting familiarity ideal.
• Wicklander Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data extractions from POS Exception Based Reporting system and other company data sources to identify patterns of internal theft and loss.
• Utilize CCTV to review flagged transactions and validate investigations or opportunities.
• Contribute to investigative initiatives and expand the Secure platform to provide operational insights.
• Build documentation and track case progression with Field Asset Protection teams.
• Provide training for AP field partners on Secure and related systems.
