Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks an Asset Protection Systems & Reporting Coordinator to identify and mitigate risks including internal theft and fraud. You will analyze data from POS exception reports, CCTV, and other systems to support enterprise-wide protection initiatives.

The role partners with Field Asset Protection teams to drive actionable insights, enhance reporting systems, and document investigations thoroughly to company standards. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail POS experience preferred.
• Retail investigation experience ideal.
• Wicklander Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data extractions from POS Exception Based Reporting system to identify loss patterns.
• Review CCTV flagged transactions to validate investigations or opportunities.
• Support expansion of Secure and case management tools to enhance investigative outputs.
• Provide training for AP field partners on reporting systems and investigation procedures.
