Job summary

Burlington Stores in Massachusetts is seeking an Asset Protection Field Investigator to lead investigations across assigned locations. You will partner with store teams and field AP to analyze shortages, deter theft, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in AP, strong interview and communication skills, and experience with Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in Retail Asset Protection.
• Experience conducting internal investigations and external apprehension programs.
• Wicklander-Zulawski and CFI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all Asset Protection investigations in assigned locations.
• Collaborate with store and field teams, law enforcement, and partners to reduce theft.
• Develop training, communications, and learning activities from findings.
