Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years in property management.
• Ability to prepare financial feasibility analyses and narrative reports.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with development professionals, public officials, and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage active property/asset management for a single assigned property.
• Oversee management agreement, financial and occupancy reporting, and compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate with on-site management team, ownership, city stakeholders, and HUD representatives to evaluate performance.
