Job summary

Travaux Inc. Milwaukee, WI seeks a Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and report on financials and occupancy. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities include developing capital and operating budgets, monitoring market conditions, and coordinating with the Asset Management team to achieve property goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, or closely related field.
• Experience in residential property management.
• Experience in developing business and strategic plans for a residential property is desired.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Housing and Maintenance staff including daily operations and maintenance, performance management, and training.
• Assists VP of Asset Management in budgeting, goals, and maintenance programs.
• Manages financial operations following HUD guidelines and procedures.
• Monitors property and tenant data for market conditions and trends.
• Develops strategic plans and annual/long-term budgets for properties.
• Manages portfolio objectives, occupancy, revenue, and resident services.
