Job summary

Cascades in Wagram, NC is seeking an Asset Owner to lead production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency by coaching teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to HACCP/SQF, and daily operations with a servant-leadership approach. On-call rotation may be required, and you will collaborate across departments to optimize equipment performance and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience with a history of team development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Lean principles and the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows.
• Available to participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the production team using a servant-leadership approach; coach employees and build a collaborative floor presence.
• Drive a safety-first culture, performing audits and maintaining a clean, orderly, compliant work environment.
• Facilitate effective Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support planning to ensure clear communication and 24-hour operational readiness.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Coach and mentor employees, support training plans, and promote continuous improvement, capturing and following up on CI actions.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve daily issues, support workflow efficiency, and improve equipment performance (OEE).
• Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and strong problem-solving across daily operations.

What you bring
