Job summary

Cascades in Wagram, NC is seeking a Production Helper to join our manufacturing team. You’ll be on the production floor, helping to bring materials to life in a safe, supportive environment.

You’ll receive on-the-job training to operate robotic machines, work in a team, and help ensure product quality. This full-time role involves 12-hour rotating shifts and a benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• 1 year of troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma.
• Experience in a plant/manufacturing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the production floor and support operators.
• Train to operate new robotic machines.
• Work with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain flow.
• Ensure product quality and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate with team members and leaders to maintain consistency.

What You’ll Do

As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

Your Day-to-day

• Helping out on the production floor
• Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
• Constant team work and trouble shooting
• Ensuring Quality in all products
• Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
• Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
• Working safely while meeting production

Your strengths as a Cascader

You Are a Natural Fit For This Role If

• You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility
• Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills
• A high school diploma
• Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment
• Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
• Job consistency
• Enjoys working as a team
