Cascades is seeking a Production Manager in California to lead a manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the production line. You will oversee scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to hit targets while controlling costs and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related technical field, 5+ years of progressive leadership, and experience with Lean and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the team, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the Production process, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPI’s to senior management.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related technical degree
• 5+ Years of progressive leadership & learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
