Amentum seeks an Asset Manager to oversee daily and long-term management of IT hardware, ensuring compliance with asset-management processes. Responsibilities include physical inventories, lifecycle tracking, and auditable data repositories, coordinating with customers to locate missing equipment and managing renewals.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement tracking processes from requisition through retirement.
• Maintain asset-management repository with accurate, auditable data.
• Locate missing equipment and work with customers.
• Create and maintain an inventory schedule aligned with goals.
• Perform physical inventories and document changes to network, location, and accounts.
• Conduct quarterly and annual inventories including GFE and CAP.
• Track stock levels and maintain required inventory.
• Monitor hardware maintenance agreements and software license renewals.
• Compile inventory reports for Corporate Property Management Team.
• Process and submit MDATs, CAP Reports, PARs, and DD1149 forms.
