Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Hardware Asset Management Specialist in Arlington, VA to manage hardware assets within Asset Management under Lifecycle Operations, tracking inventory, auditing, and handling procurement to ensure lifecycle management and optimization per guidelines. You will use depreciation tools and coordinate disposal and configuration baseline maintenance with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for one year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting government/business in an inventory, asset management and/or custodial role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting hardware asset management roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Hardware tracking software usage and inventory auditing techniques.
• Procurement package preparation and depreciation calculation.
• Disposal process management and configuration baseline maintenance.
• Vendor coordination for hardware efficiency improvements.
• Experience with MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
