Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Systems Asset Control Specialist to join our national intelligence program. You will manage asset lifecycles, track inventories, and ensure compliance using ServiceNow and related tools.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with poly capability and prior asset control experience across projects. You will develop bill of materials, coordinate procurements, and support IT asset disposition planning, including sanitization and secure decommissioning of equipment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly clearance.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree; 3 years with master's; 0 years with PhD.
• Proven experience as an Asset Control Specialist or similar role.
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of laws, regulations and standards (e.g., NIST).
• Experience with asset management software and databases.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Desired: TS/SCI with Poly clearance and e-Stewards certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory level tracking and reporting.
• Provide updates and tracking of assets and materials in ServiceNow.
• Develop Bills of Materials.
• Resolve component and asset compliance issues.
• Provide site assessments and surveys for Government requests.
• Assist in tracking assets and materials.
• Assist in developing IT asset plans reflecting Tech Refresh initiatives.
• Develop and plan asset materials, procurements and execution of procurements for Tech Refresh.
• Provide plans, monitor and recommendations for asset lifecycle replacements.
• Utilize Asset Management processes to sanitize and decommission equipment.
• Perform Equipment Decommission Management.
• Develop and implement IT Asset Disposition plans for reuse, recycling or disposal.
• Completely uninstall, account for and secure decommissioned devices.
• Monitor state of all assets, purchase and receive new equipment, update licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inventory level tracking and reporting.

• Provide updates and tracking of assets and materials in customer's ServiceNow tool.

• Develop Bills of Materials.

• Resolve component and asset compliance issues.

• Provide site assessments, surveys, and site survey visits upon the request of the Government.

• Assist in the tracking of assets and materials.

• Assist in developing project and plan projects reflecting IT assets and materials as related to \"Tech Refresh\".

• Develop and plan for the asset materials, procurements, and the execution of procurement as related to \"Tech Refresh\".

• Provide plans, monitor, and provide recommendations for asset lifecycle replacements.

• Utilize the customer Asset Management process to execute the sanitization and decommissioning of equipment.
