Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to lead government property programs, ensuring lifecycle tracking, tagging, IUID maintenance, and audit-ready reporting for contractor-controlled assets.

You will implement best practices, manage tagging and markings, and coordinate asset records from receipt through disposition, with a focus on compliance and accuracy in all documentation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree is required.
• 8 to 10 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Must currently possess Secret clearance.
• Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship Required: Yes.
• Skills include Accountability, Management Process and Reporting Processes.
• Willingness to complete identity verification using biometrics and AI.
• Must be on camera during virtual interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead best-practice property management processes and end-to-end asset accountability.
• Ensure compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit-ready documentation for government and contractor-controlled assets.
• Apply and implement asset management best practices.
• Support installed assets by ensuring required markings, tagging, and unique record identification are performed and documented.
• Implement hardware, software, software warranty tracking, and license asset management within TENM.
• Maintain IUID tags and upload them into PIEE.
• Manage property management functions controlling contractor-held property.
• Control property from receipt through stewardship and formal relief of responsibility.
• Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits.
• Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition.
• Prepare contractual, governmental, and internal asset management reports.
• Perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
