Job summary

Golden State Water Company seeks an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Manager to design, implement, and govern the EAM strategy across the utility. You will optimize asset performance, manage lifecycle costs, and coordinate with Water Operations, Asset Management, and Environmental Quality to ensure integrated asset practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years of asset management experience.
• Experience with EAM systems, Cityworks.
• Knowledge of ISO 55000.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an Enterprise Asset Management strategy and framework.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of asset management programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the Cityworks application.
• Provide training and support on EAM practices and Cityworks usage.
