Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) is seeking an Asset Management Program Supervisor to lead statewide asset management operations in Austin. You will supervise program activities, monitor performance, and coordinate planning with AMO leadership.

The role emphasizes inventory accountability, policy guidance, data analysis, and timely executive reporting to drive continuous improvement and compliance across agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, auditing, compliance, quality assurance, program management, project management, operations management, financial management, organizational analysis, business process improvement, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience leading projects, teams, workgroups, or program activities.

Responsibilities

• Supports AMO directors with program supervision and operational coordination.
• Oversees quality assurance, compliance management, monitoring and corrective actions.
• Plans, coordinates, and monitors AMO projects and special initiatives.
• Develops metrics, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to support leadership.
